Leasing activity continues momentum with flexible options for office suite leases
The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) announces new office suite leases in Hughes Landing® and 1400 Woodloch Forest in The Woodlands®. The new tenants represent various industries – healthcare, commercial and residential lighting and software. Flexible options including spec suites have led to a flurry of leasing activity.
At Three Hughes Landing, HMG Healthcare, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation owner and operator, has expanded with a 5,061-square-foot lease, and ASD Lighting, a commercial and residential lighting company, has leased a 2,138-square-foot spec suite. At One Hughes Landing, Seidor, a multinational IT services firm and SAP software partner, has leased 1,729 square feet.
At 1400 Woodloch Forest in The Woodlands Town Center, Vitas Healthcare, a hospice care provider, has signed a lease for 3,472 square feet.
