The Howard Hughes Corporation has signed six new office leases in The Woodlands, at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, part of the iconic The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway, Two Hughes Landing in Hughes Landing and 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive. SI Group, Inc.; Clouthier Law, PLLC; Banorte Securities International, LTD; University Title Company; Tailwater Innovation Partners, LLC; and Accron represent a diversity of businesses ranging from innovative chemical additives, legal, investment management and brokerage services, title and real estate settlement provider, energy and chemical marketing that have selected The Woodlands as their home.

Their decision to create an office presence in this location stems from the desire to invest in the culture of The Woodlands, while being close to relevant industry partners and customers. Overlooking The Woodlands Waterway, the Tower’s amenities focus on health and wellness and include a two-story, 19,000-square-foot fitness center and a 33,000-square-foot multi-purpose rooftop terrace. The 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower also features approximately 9,000 square-feet of conference center space.
At 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, University Title Company, a full-service title and real estate settlement provider, has leased 4,781 square feet, relocating from Spring, Texas. Tailwater Innovation Partners, LLC, a full-service ESG, energy transition and engineering solutions provider, has leased 2,525 square feet to establish a new office. In addition, Accron, a U.S.-based chemical marketing organization with emphasis in products serving the oil and gas, fuel oils, blendstocks, compounding, paint and coatings, water treatment and mining industries, has leased 2,542 square feet. Accron is relocating from Magnolia to The Woodlands.
1400 Woodloch Forest Drive is a five-story office building. The renovated lobby features an all-new, large central vestibule area, updated finish materials including ceramic tile flooring and walls with modern lighting and a digital touchless directory, introduced during the pandemic.
