The Village of College Park

Centered around Lone Star College – Montgomery, the University Center and The Woodlands College Park High School, the Village of College Park gives The Woodlands the added distinction of being a “college town”. College Park is also home to St. Luke’s -The Woodlands Hospital. Retail centers along College Park Drive complement the academic environment, with restaurants, coffee shops, fast food and bookstores. Also located in College Park are Windsor Hills and Windsor Lakes active adult communities for those over the age of 55. Harper’s Landing, a large family neighborhood, is part of College Park, and features a village park with swimming pool, water fun park, playgrounds and playfields.
