Living Green
Leasing is now underway at The Millennium Waterway Ave (pictured), a new 393-unit luxury urban apartment community in The Waterway Square District of The Woodlands Town Center. This new upscale, urban enclave is Houston’s first LEED Certified Silver multifamily property, and one of the first in the country.
