When I first became a Realtor®, I sold throughout Houston. It
didn’t take me long to realize, though, that the only place I wanted to do
business was right here in North Houston – specifically The Woodlands. Over the
course of my 35-year career, I’ve found that this master planned community is
truly easy to sell. Here’s why.
1) The people.
Residents of The Woodlands are
just different. For one, they’re more family-oriented. I have lots of clients
who endure long commutes so their children can have access to the area’s good
schools and safe environment.
On top of that, people who live in
The Woodlands get involved in their community. They understand that’s what it
takes for the area to thrive.
2) The accessibility.
There’s no planned community in Greater
Houston like The Woodlands. Everything is laid out so well, and I give credit
to The Woodlands Development Company for executing and staying true to George
3) The options.
Whether we’re talking about
first-class medical facilities, acclaimed schools or high end restaurants, it’s
all here. Just look at the
international, world-wide operations that have relocated here for this reason.
The Woodlands truly has the best of everything.
4) The hometown feel.
Despite its size, The Woodlands
still maintains a small-town quality. Even with more than 100,000 residents, I
frequently bump into people I know or find out I have numerous mutual friends
with someone I just met.
5) The beauty.
Many of my clients say that living
in The Woodlands is like living in a big park. That’s so true – where else can
you find trails that enable you to walk or bike throughout your community?
I’m proud to call The Woodlands
home, and I’m glad I can help me clients do the same.
